In 2004, Hilton and Wendy Connor, husband and wife, collaborated to form Hilwen Construction and Development. Hilton being a citizen of Anguilla British West Indies and owner and operator of Hilton Construction and Development in Anguilla and Wendy being a citizen of the United States of America, mutually decided to dissolve Hilton Construction and form an extension of the already existing construction company in Anguilla.

Hilwen Construction and Development is one corporation in two locations: Anguilla British West Indies and Atlanta, Georgia USA.

and HWC Construction.

Personal Summary:
H.C. Construction and Development Ltd. Hilton Construction, IDC Construction, and H.C. Construction have undertaken some of the largest hotel and resort construction projects on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies, along with residential constructions and local dwelling home projects.
